Property Access Policy
Cutleaf Lawn Care & Garden Services
To provide safe, efficient and reliable service, Cutleaf requires reasonable access to the property before, during and after each scheduled visit.
This policy explains our access requirements, your responsibilities as the property owner or authorised representative, and what happens if access cannot be safely obtained.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, our Terms & Conditions take precedence.
-
Our team is committed to treating every property with respect.
We take reasonable care while working on your property and aim to complete all services safely, professionally and efficiently.
To achieve this, we rely on clients providing safe and unobstructed access to the areas where work is to be carried out.

By accepting a quotation, booking a service or requesting a site inspection, you authorise Cutleaf to enter the property for purposes directly related to the requested service.
This authorisation may include:
Preparing quotations.
Site inspections.
Measurements.
Taking photographs related to the quotation or completed work.
Completing approved services.
Follow-up inspections where required.

-
Clients are responsible for ensuring that gates and access points can be safely opened by our team.
Where practical:
Unlock gates before our arrival.
Advise us of any access codes.
Notify us of changed locks or entry arrangements.
Ensure access paths remain clear.
If we cannot gain access to the required work area, the service may need to be postponed or partially completed.
-
The safety of your pets and our staff is important.
Clients should:
Secure dogs and other animals before our arrival where necessary.
Advise us if animals are likely to be loose on the property.
Inform us of any animals that may be protective or aggressive.
Where our staff believe an animal presents a safety risk, work may be postponed until the area can be safely accessed.

Open excavations.
Bee or wasp nests.
Damaged fencing.
Dangerous trees or branches.

Where an unacceptable safety risk exists, we may postpone or modify the service until the hazard has been addressed.
-
Access conditions may change due to weather.
Heavy rain, flooding, high winds or unsafe ground conditions may prevent our team from safely accessing parts of the property.
Where necessary, services may be rescheduled until conditions improve.
-
If access is restricted due to circumstances outside our control, such as:
Locked gates.
Parked vehicles.
Construction activities.
Temporary fencing.
Occupant restrictions.
Safety concerns.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete any accessible work.
