Property Access
Small gates or fenced areas may prevent use of larger commercial mowers, increasing service time. Limited parking for our truck and trailer can also affect the time required.
Grass Clipping Disposal
We mulch clippings back into the lawn as standard — this returns nutrients to the soil and keeps costs lower. If clippings need to be collected and removed, additional charges may apply.
Yard Preparation
Please ensure toys, hoses, furniture, and other items are cleared from the lawn before our visit. Our team is happy to occasionally move small items, but regular housekeeping that slows down the service may incur an additional fee.
Pet Owners
For the safety of our team and equipment, please remove all pet waste from the lawn before our visit. If equipment requires cleaning due to pet waste before moving to the next property, a minimum cleaning fee of $75 applies.
