Whenever practical, green waste is disposed of through approved recycling and composting facilities to minimise environmental impact.

Where your quotation includes green waste removal, waste generated by our team during mowing, pruning, hedge trimming or garden maintenance will be collected and removed as agreed.

If waste removal is not included in your quotation, green waste may:

• Be placed into the client's green waste bin where practical.

• Be left neatly on-site if agreed.

• Be quoted separately for removal.

Existing piles of branches, leaves, grass or other garden material present before our arrival are not automatically included in routine maintenance services unless specifically stated in your quotation.

Removal of existing green waste is charged separately due to the additional labour, transport and disposal costs involved.

To complete waste removal safely, we ask clients to:

• Advise us of weight restrictions or limited access before arrival.

Restricted access may increase labour time and affect pricing.

For the safety of our staff, excessively large logs, hazardous materials or unstable waste piles may require specialist equipment or alternative removal methods.

We reserve the right to refuse collection where removal would present an unacceptable safety risk.

Heavy rain or unsafe site conditions may affect collection.

Where necessary, services may be postponed until safe access can be achieved.

Whenever practical, Cutleaf disposes of green waste through licensed recycling facilities where material can be:

• Mulched.

• Composted.

• Recycled into landscaping products.

• Reused in accordance with local environmental requirements.

We aim to minimise landfill wherever possible.

To assist us in completing your mulching service safely, we ask clients to:

• Unlock gates where required.

• Secure pets.

• Move vehicles away from work areas where practical.

• Provide clear access to garden beds.

• Advise us of underground irrigation, lighting or concealed services.

Restricted access may affect installation time and labour requirements.

Our team may take photographs before, during and after green waste removal.

These photographs assist with:

• Recording completed work.

• Confirming waste volumes.

• Quality assurance.

• Client communication.

• Staff training.

Photographs are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To assist us in completing your service efficiently, clients should:

• Clearly identify any waste to be removed.

• Advise us if waste contains hidden hazards.

• Inform us of underground services where loading equipment may be used.

• Ensure safe access to collection areas.

• Notify us if additional waste is added after the quotation has been accepted.

Green waste removal pricing is based on the information available at the time of quoting.
