Large Estate lawns (2,501-4,000m²): $260 weekly, $312 fortnightly

One-off mows are also available across all size tiers, typically priced slightly above the weekly rate to reflect the extra time a first visit often takes.

What Can Change the Price
Our published pricing covers standard mowing conditions. A few things can affect the final price:
Overgrown grass: if your lawn has grown out beyond normal mowing height, expect a surcharge to cover the extra cutting time — this scales with how overgrown it is.
Access: locked gates or restricted access on the day can add to the cost, since it slows the job down.
Pet waste: a small fee applies if the lawn needs to be checked and cleared before we can safely mow.
Clipping collection: we mulch clippings back into the lawn as standard (better for your soil, and keeps costs down) — collecting and removing them instead costs a little more.
Why Weekly Can Work Out Better Value Than Fortnightly
It might seem counterintuitive, but weekly mowing is often better value than it looks on paper. Fortnightly mowing costs more per visit because there's simply more growth to cut through each time — more time, more clippings, more wear on the lawn. If your lawn grows quickly through spring and summer, weekly visits often give a neater, healthier result for a similar overall monthly spend.
